Decided to drive over and check this food truck out today. Met the owners John and Sherehan Ross. John is a veteran, major plus. The truck has just been open a couple of weeks. As the name indicates it's all about fried chicken. The chicken is brined with salt and water overnight. Makes the chicken super moist and crispy, it doesn't get any better. Why vegetable oil? They use 100% vegetable oil for their frying needs. It adds a nice mild flavor to the food, holds up to high temperature well, and its plant based! For the vegetarians out there, our fries are hand cut by us and brined overnight. No added ingredient. Potato, salt, water. We also have our fryers set up in such a way as to not cross contaminate the fries with the chicken! We have a dedicated fryer JUST for fries! Our fries are vegan and our chicken is gluten free! The fries were so tasty and had such a great texture. Yummmy!!! Their wings will be the crispiest, most perfectly cooked, tender wings you've ever had! From the overnight brine that makes the chicken super tender, adding the perfect amount of saltiness, to the way they fry them that creates the perfect crispy exterior, you wont find a better wing. We've tried! They make their own dipping sauces (blue cheese and ranch). They also have a number of sauces. You aren't going to find any better chicken wings out there. Get out and check them out!!!!
